Yoga Nidra: Meditations to Relax and Move Forward is a compilation of 3 meditations of varying length to induce profound physical and mental relaxation. I encourage you to practice yoga nidra lying on your back with support like a blanket or rolled up towel under your head to support your neck and support under the knees. An eye pillow is ideal as well as keeping the body warm. Practice on the floor unless you are using this practice to fall asleep. In the latter case, lie on the bed as you practice. If you are pregnant, support your body lying on your left side, lying down on an incline or seated.
